PES Membrane Disc Filters are hydrophilic PES membranes pre-cut in circles for easy use in a wide variety of aqueous filtration and microbiological analysis applications. These hydrophilic polyethersulfone disc filters have characteristics of low-protein-binding, low-extractable, very fast flow rates and high throughput and high dirty loading capacity when filtering various aqueous, buffers and other solvents in pharmaceutical, microbiological and life science industries.
PES Disc Filters from us are available in two pore sizes: 0.22µm for sterilization and bacterial retention, and 0.45µm for general filtration, particulate removal and clarification. Diameters available in 13, 25, 47, 90, 142, 293mm. The packs from us are non-sterile but these PES Disc Filters can be autoclaved and gamma sterilized.
