Polytetra fluoroethylene PTFE Syringe Filters from us consist of PTFE filter membranes and PP housing. As you might already know, PTFE is a naturally hydrophobic membrane which offers high flow rate and excellant chemical resistance to all solvents, acids & bases, with chemical compatibility of pH 1-14 . These syringe filters are therefore highly recommended for air and gas filtration, HPLC sample prefiltering and pharmaceutical air venting application.
The PTFE membranes of the syringe filters are manufactured by ourselves in our Class 100,000 cleanrooms, and the housing production and product- assembly are done in our own automatic injection-molding facilites.
