0.8 Micron Sterilizing Grade PES (Polyethersulfone) Membrane Filters

Polyethersulfone (PES) membranes are strong, microporous asymmetric filter membranes constructed of polyethersulfone polymer. A notable feature of PES membrane filters is their natural hydrophilic nature. This eliminates the need for wetting agents that can potentially interfere with analyses, making the filtration process more reliable and efficient. In addition, the uniform pore structure of the PES membranes along with their low protein and drug binding characteristics, makes them ideal for applications where reliable, fast flow rates, and high throughputs are required. PES Membrane Filter has excellent thermal, chemical resistance and mechanical strength properties. It is suitable for use in laboratories to filter, sample and concentrate biological fluids, such as serum, plasma and urine. It can also be used for sterilizing fluids, such as blood, prior to transfusion.The PES membrane filter can effectively remove bacteria, particles, impurities and debris from aqueous solutions, while preserving the original ingredients and properties. PES membrane filter is also used in research and development for scientists and researchers who need to filter, sample and concentrate biological fluids, providing accurate and reliable results for their experiments. PES membrane filters can withstand temperatures up to 130 °C, ensuring their long-term performance even in harsh environments.

PES Membrane from XINNA are in white color, non-sterile and not gridded. These membranes can be customized in terms of pore sizes, thickness and formats to meet individual customer's specific application. Polyethersulfone (PES) membranes with and without support layers are optional, with PP or PET support layer, the membrane filter will have additional benefits of strong dimensioinal stability which make it able to withstand agressive further processing and easier to handle.
