Glass Fiber Membrane: Ideal for Air Venting & Gas Filtration, Lot to Lot Quality Consistency
Glass fiber filter membrane is a material used for filtration, it is made of 100% glass fiber. According to different applications, glass fiber filtration membranes can be divided into many types, such as air and gas monitoring, pre-filtration, and so on. Among them, glass microfiber filters (with adhesives) are often used to monitor air and gases or as pre-filtration. They are produced with a synthetic adhesive to ensure that the filter membrane has a determined strength. Binderless glass microfiber filters are recommended for analytical and gravimetric analysis and as pre-filtration. Quartz microfiber filters are particularly suitable for emission monitoring at high temperatures and other use cases where membrane purity is highly required.
The glass fiber filter membrane produced by our company XINNA is mainly used for medical air purification. This filter membrane has the advantages of high efficiency filtration, low resistance and long service life, and most importantly, it can withstand high temperatures.
In infusion equipment, the air from the air intake needs to be filtered before entering the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Glass fiber filtration membranes can effectively remove particles and bacteria from the air, thereby protecting patients from infection. At the same time, it can also remove odors and harmful gases in the air, improve air quality, and make patients more comfortable during the infusion process.
