Nylon Membrane Filter from XINNA is made of premium polyamide material supported by an inert polyester support web. The internal support of the nylon membrane gives it added dimensional strength and stability, which prevents it from cracking, tearing, curling, and breaking when subjected to further agressive batch processing or sample handling. Nylon membrane disc filters are naturally hydrophilic and typically used for medical/clinical applications, HPLC, microbiology analysis and general filtration.

The nylon membranes we manufacture are recommended for medical, healthcare and laboratory filtration applications. For example, they can be used as the filter medium of IV filters, which is more economical than PES membranes, but not suitable to be utilized in drip chamber because of its high protein binding properties.
